We want you to be happy with your purchase at ACherryOnTop.com. You may return most un-used, non-downloadable product still in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a customer credit or refund. Single sheets of non-packaged paper/cardstock, idea books. special orders and magazines are not returnable.  We do not exchange items because additional shipping costs are required.  Cricut and Cricut Expression machines are not returnable. If damaged or not working properly, contact Cricut directly. Please read our Cricut Page for more infomation.

To return an item:

• Please call us first for an RMA #
• Ship the item to us freight prepaid; shipping costs are not refundable
• Include a copy of the original invoice
• Include the credit card number used to place the order - we do not keep your credit card information on file
• Please call us if you receive a damaged product due to shipping (do not ship it back to us); save the damaged box

If a return is received without prior approval (RMA #) a 20% restocking fee will be charged.  No credit will be issued for non-returnable products.  Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a store credit.  If you placed your order using a credit card and would like the return amount refunded to your card, please provide the credit card number and expiration date as we do not keep this information on file.  If you paid for your order via PayPal® and would like a refund to your PayPal® account, please let us know.  Returns are usually processed  within 14 business days. All returned items must be received by A Cherry On Top  in the same condition as when the items left our warehouse.  If your credit card number is not included with the return or you paid using an alternate method, you will be issued a customer credit.

Downloadable Products
We do not accept returns on downloadable products.  If you are having trouble using or downloading a product, please contact us or post your problem on the Message Board for assistance.
