How do I check the status of my order?

To see your order's status, visit the "My Account" section.  You will need your email address and password to sign in (the same email and password you used to place your order).

Choose your order from the list by clicking on the order number for more details.

Waiting for your order?

Please note, some items are considered "special order" items and may take up to 10 business days before they are shipped.  If it has been more than 14 business days and your order still has not shipped, please call or email customer service.

If your order has shipped and you have not yet received it ...

• International Orders: Allow up to 8 weeks after the shipped date to receive your order.
• Domestic (USA) Orders: Allow up to 14 business days after the shipped date to receive your order.
• Domestic (USA) Orders shipped via UPS ground:  Allow up to 6 days after the shipped date to receive your order.

If you have not received your order after the allowable time period, please call or email customer service.
