Sign-In Trouble
A cookie is what allows us to keep track of what you added to your basket (if you are not logged in) and it helps keep track when you are signed in.
If you were automatically directed to this page, that means that your cookies are disabled.
Here is what you can do to fix the problem.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
- Hit the ALT key to display your menu (if hidden)
- Select Tools
- Select Internet Options
- Select Privacy
- Drag and drop the slider bar on the left to HIGH
- Click Ok
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+
- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu
- Click on the "Privacy" tab
- Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings"
- Click "OK"
Firefox 2.0
- Select "Options..." from the Tools menu.
- Click on the "Privacy" icon.
- Check "Allow sites to set cookies".
- Click "OK".
Firefox 1.0
- Select "Options..." from the Tools menu.
- Click on the "Privacy" icon.
- Click on the "Cookies" link to expand.
- Check "Allow sites to set cookies".
- Click "OK".
If it is still not working for you after you set your browser to accept cookies, you might have some anti-virus softare that is blocking cookies.
