Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated on the weight and size of the products ordered including the packaging that they are being shipped in, the distance the package has to travel, and the selected shipping method. International shipping rates include handling and insurance fees to guarantee quick and safe arrival of the order.
Quickly and easily find out how much it will cost to ship your order by clicking into My Basket and finding the Calculate Shipping option. Simply select your country and enter your zip code to get an accurate estimate of the shipping costs of your order. You do not need to input any payment information to view shipping cost options.
Local Pickup
If you live in mid-Michigan and would like to pick up your order at our Warehouse location in Saginaw, just select the FREE Local Pickup shipping option when checking out. Our warehouse hours are 9-5, Mon-Fri.

Shipping Carriers
We offer shipment through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard Ground, and Expedited Services (such as UPS or FedEx), both within the United States and Internationally.
We do offer USPS as an option for most orders. With very light orders, it can be much more economical to make this selection. As always, we want to give you as many options as we can to let you make the decision the best fits your needs.

Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Saginaw, Michigan, depending on the volume of orders currently being processed. Domestic orders will generally arrive 1-10 business days after being shipped depending on shipping method selected.
Order Rush is available as you check out for an additional charge of $1.95 plus cost of shipment. Rush orders are guaranteed to leave our warehouse by the next business day. The Rush This Order option does not guarantee a faster delivery method. US Domestic orders that select UPS One and Two Day shipping as well as Inernational orders that select UPS Worldwide Expedited or Express are automatically upgraded to Rush.
Rushed orders must be placed before 2pm Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday) to qualify for shipping within the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship within one to two business days. Liability of this guarantee is limited to the amount of Shipping and Handling for your order. Orders placed on or near a holiday may be delayed one or more business day.
Delivery Time Estimates
Your shipping options are based on the weight of your order and the destination address' distance from our Michigan warehouse. Additional delivery time should be expected to shipments going to US Military addresses.
UPS/Fed-EX is not available for shipments to US Military addresses and US Territories. UPS/Fed-EX shipments require a street address; UPS/Fed-EX cannot ship to PO Boxes. Not all delivery methods are available to all addresses and countries. If a shipping option is selected that is unavailable in your area, you will be notified via email. Please be aware additional taxes or brokerage fees may be charged for international orders upon delivery. Please check your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Orders that are shipped UPS/Fed-EX will be issued a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the UPS/Fed-EX tracking number of your shipment. The tracking number may also be viewed in your My Account section.
Orders that are shipped USPS Priority will be issued a USPS delivery confirmation number. This number will be available in your My Account section once the package has been shipped.
Problems With Order
Notify us immediately if the products in your order have been damaged due to shipping. In this event, keep the damaged box your shipment came in; USPS or the UPS driver may need to see it as proof when we submit a damage claim. It may also be a good idea to take a digital picture of the damaged box and contents.
If your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, please contact us. Keep in mind that only UPS shipments have guaranteed delivery dates. USPS shipments may take up to 2 weeks if shipped 1st Class Mail and up to 7 days if shipped Priority. USPS International shipments may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase at A Cherry On Top.com, that is why we have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
You may return most un-used, non-downloadable product still in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Single sheets of non-packaged paper/cardstock, idea books and magazines are not returnable. Cricut and Cricut Expression machines are not returnable. If damaged or not working properly, contact Cricut directly. Please read our Cricut Page for more infomation.
To return an item:
If a return is received without prior approval (RMA #) a 20% restocking fee will be charged. No credit will be issued for non-returnable products. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a store credit. Occasionally, a written description of the details of the return may be required which can be submitted via email or fax.
Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a store credit. If you placed your order using a credit card and would like the return amount refunded to your card, please provide the credit card number and expiration date as we do not keep this information on file. If your credit card number is not included with the return or you paid using an alternate method, you will be issued a customer credit. You may also choose to call in your credit card information after you have been notified (via email) of the receipt of your return. Returns are processed within 14 business days. All returned items must be received by A Cherry On Top in the same condition as when the items left our warehouse.
