The Move

Orders have resumed shipping and are being processed in order by date placed. Orders will not ship Monday, May 26 due to Memorial Day. We appreciate your patience.

5/23: We're rockin' and rollin'! We'll be getting a record number of orders shipped today. And - we'll be working all weekend to get caught up, one order at a time...

5/22: Imagine giving over 20,000 products a distinct warehouse location and then entering that location into a database! Without a location, we wouldn't be able to pick orders. Our ACOT staff finally finished up this morning doing just that. We're back in business picking orders, finally!!!! Today we'll be working on orders placed on May 10 first and will continue in order by date placed.

5/21:  All the products have a home now in our new warehouse! Today we're busy updating our system with locations for these products - else we won't be able to find anything when we pick orders. Our new shipping stations (they're awesome) are ready for action! We may be able to start picking orders this afternoon.

5/20: Everything is just about put away. We're having techie problems with our internet connection, but other than that all is well. We'll be updating locations this afternoon and should hopefully be able to start picking orders tomorrow.

5/19: Another long day in store for the ACOT staff. Everyone is working hard to find room for all the products. We should be finished tomorrow with  unpacking, then we'll have to update all the locations in our database so we can start picking orders again. Finally! The DSL guy from the phone company came this afternoon, we're online!

5/18: Ah, it's a quiet day at our new place. Just our wonderful cleaning lady and myself moving things around and taking care of paper racks. Sore muscles tomorrow!

5/17: Everyone is working today, no Saturday off for the ACOT staff. We still can't access the internet at our warehouse location; this is frustrating since we depend on that to be able to answer emails and phone calls.

5/16: Our phones are now ringing at our new warehouse, tho we can't access our database yet. Sometime today we should be able to access the internet from our warehouse. We're settling in, but still have more things to put away...

... 2 days of packing; 2 days of moving; 3 semi's; 8 muscle-moving-men 1,000,000 boxes; countless tired ACOT employees.... How many days to unpack and make sense of it all?
