You may cancel an order from your account or by contacting Customer Support up until it reaches the "Processing" stage. If the order's status is "Processing", "Awaiting Shipment" or "Shipped", the order cannot be cancelled. Credit cards are immediately credited for cancelled orders. Depending on the issuing bank, it may take up to seven business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid for your order using PayPal®, you will need to contact our Customer Support Department for a refund.
