 WOW--Our gallery has been overflowing with amazing work lately and it's time for us to share some of the standouts!

 

Angie (nun69)  chose Ashley Nicole  by scrapprincess 18

because the composition is AMAZING and the whole LO just says "Fairytale"!

4peasinourpod (Pam) says The fairy dust gives this layout a magical touch.

bluejeans7 (Angela) says, " Wow, stunning layout!  I love the soft enchanted feel of this layout."

Beth-W  loves the soft swirls and photos!

Egle (FairyMouseMom) says:  Wow, this is so stunning.  Love the picture used as the background...and the sepia tones to the smaller pictures.  Just beautiful.katarria (Kathy) says Gorgeous layout - feels whimsical and the photos are awesome!

suslvgeo (Susan) says The use of the big pic over the whole page is STUNNING. And I love all the fairydust. Gorgeous all around page!

Icanhascherryontop (Tracy) says Just stunning! Love all the magic going on.

bamablue (Glenda) says The full page photo is stunning and then using the little b&w photos and frame, just pop the main photo even more!  And that overlay is to die for!

Mayerkt (Karin) says WOW! Makes me want to be a fairy princess!  I especially love the strip of desaturated photos. Beautiful LO!

Janello (Janell) says I love that this layout looks like a scene from a movie, the subtle details here and there (like the fairy dust)such a breath taking layout. 

Art_Teacher (Laura) says So beautiful, almost ethereal!  Love how the pixie dust pulls you into the photo and the flowers framing the photo strip are lovely!

was chosen by Dianedi,  who says, "this layout just popped right out at me in the gallery. It is such a beautiful use of texture and embellishments.  I love the distressed elements as well as the incredible journaling."

Pam loves the distressed feel of this layout, and the journaling is wonderful!

Angela says the texture and bling mixture on this layout is awesome!  I also love the heartfelt journaling.

Laura F says, "the combination of distressed and fancy on this layout is beautiful...I really love the bling and those torn edges!"

Kathy says: What a great use of flowers - and the dimension is great too!!

Susan thinks the texture on this layout is amazing. From the netting, to the bling to the torn edges, everything adds up to perfection!

Egle says, "  Loving that alphabet that was used here as well as the circular picture.  The elements / embellishments are truly great for this layout!Tracy really likes the distessed papers and the textures of the burlap and flowers.

Glenda says what a cool mix of grunge and bling - great use of embellishments for sure!

Karin says: so much texture and dimension! I love it!

Lovemybella (Miranda) says: Gorgeous. All of the ripped and rolled edges give this such a graphic feel.  The bling and flowers are perfectly placed and the journaling is very heartfelt and true.

Laura says: Great texture!  Colors mix well, and I love the journaling strips!

 

 

ALMOST 6 by Wirsmom was chosen by Pam

 

who says, " I adore everything about this layout...but the handstitching and the way it frames the photo is just fantastic!  I LOVE it!"

Angie loves the stitching and the great mix of blues!

Laura F. is amazed by the patience of stitching those beads...and the frame is spectacular!

Angela says, "This is such a great layout!  I love the stitching and beadwork but also that cute photo!"

Kathy thinks this totally catches your eye - beautiful use of blues and I'm loving that stitching!

Tracy says, "Nice composition and great colors. I really like the repeating circle elements."

Glenda's reaction is,  "OH MY, that stiching and beading is simply scrumptious... not to mention that little man!"

Karin had this to say: First, I just adore that photo!  Who couldn't love that face!  I love the circle elements and color scheme too - simple, yet perfectly embellished.

Janell says, "The stitching of the blue aganist the white is really striking and I love the circles of beads."

Miranda loves the circles of beads and the sequins stitched in down the side.  

Egle says, "  The picture is adorable.  I love the blue bling and the alpha that was used here."

And Laura, our resident Art_Teacher finds these colors terrific and the stitched and beaded frame is above and beyond!

 

Tracy chose AND FORGET NOT by Marlen

because it's  a stunning layout! She did a beautiful job blending and I really like the cluster in the corner with the repeating photo. The choice of word art is perfect.

Angie says, "I LOVE the beautiful photo and the way her quote just flows on her page like a wave..."

Pam thinks this photo is gorgeous, and the quote is perfect!

Angela loves how she took the photo and made it her background! Awesome photo!

Kathy says,"Such a cutie and I love the quote!!"

Laura F.  thinks the wavy journaling is perfection for a beach layout and those photos couldn't get any prettier!

Glenda says: That's a stunning photo and the conversion to blended full page with such fun texture is really cool.  I simply love Kahil Gibran, and the presentation of this word art is perfect for this picture!

Beth thinks that quote is perfect and the photo works so beautifully as a background! 

Egle says, "  Love the picture used for the background...with a reduced opacity...it's just beautiful."

Karin says," This layout BLOWS me away (hahahaha pun intended!).  Seriously though - The photo is stunning, and I don't think a better quote could have been used!  I'm totally saving this to scraplift later!"

Janell loves the theme that literally flows in this layout from her hair in the repeated photos to the journaling, just amazing, LOVE it!!!!

 

Angela's choice is Discover the Journey by Carrie123

She says, "  "I love this sweet photo and the colors she used highlight it so well.  Love the title letters and how the work around the photo."

Angie LOVEs the photo and that the simplicty of her LO let's you focus solely on her picture....

Pam loves the photo as well, and the mixed alpha title!

Egle loves  the picture that Carrie used here.  The alphabet and rain drops (?) she used are great as well.

Kathy really likes how the title accents the photo here - and everything is so clean & fresh!

Susan says: The title work is great. From the curved "the" to the tiered "journey" it really stands out.

Tracy says,"I like the mix of round and sharp corners and shapes like the scallop and circle. They add a lot of interest to the page."

Glenda says: This is a sweet layout with lots of style.  The scalloped edge on one side and the curved corners on the other really pull the eye in to focus on the photo. 

Janell says :This is so cute and I love all the embellishments that add to the photo and really make this layout pop!

Miranda thinksThe colors are great and the dew drops down the side are such a great detail.  Very cute picture.

Laura says, " So clean and clear and it pulls you right to the photo.  Love how the title is done, also!"

 

Kathy chose "Wild Boyz" by arred

because The layering on this page is just beyond wow - and I love all of the distressed accents!  Such a great guy layout!

Angie loves the grunge feel of this LO and the mixture of all the different papers...

Pam says, "The colors are fantastic, and the small detail like the stitching and brads totally make this layout perfect!"

Angela loves all the different layers of papers and her detail work with all the hand stitching.

Laura F says, "Who can resist a great photo and dinosaurs? Love all of the dimension on this one!"

Susan says, "WOWSWERS!! Love all the details on this. Seriously one of the best boy pages I have seen in awhile!"

Glenda says: What a great use of embellishments - the note paper, stitches, brads, all the fun layers - really makes for a special layout!

Karin says, "Again - OODLES AND OODLES of texture - and I love every bit of it!  A funky fun layout for a super fun photo!"

Janell loves the depth and mixed patterns in this layout. The chipboard reminds her of a splash in the water.  

Egle says:  I love how much patterned paper was used here.  It looks good together!  Loving that flourish as well.

Miranda says, "The layering is fantastic!  Great layout with a great photo."    

Laura says: Love the energy and fun the layering and embellies give to this layout!  Perfect for the photo!

Beth says, "Fantastic use of layering and distressing!" 

Susan chose CHILLY WATERS by ajsmom

because she loves the colors against the black. Really makes the whole layout pop. Love how the title letters are placed and the cut out flowers are gorgeous!

Kathy says: Great way to frame the photo - and I like the "surfer" feel!

Angela  loves how the flowers are hand cut and the black background works perfect with them.

Pam says, "I LOVE the cutout flowers and the black background.  Great title!"

Angie says: I LOVE the oranges and greens on the black background...just POPS!

Laura F. says, "Sue has taken full advantage of the cool papers and made some awesome layers! I love the way she made the title so whimsical!"

Tracy thinks the cut outs are fantastic! I really like the color scheme here as well.

Glenda says:   The color choices are unusual, but really work for this cute page!

Janell says, " The surfboards are awesome and I love the placement of the chipboard title within the bracket, great design." 

Egle says:  I love how this pops by being on a black background.  Love that patterned paper used with that alphabet.

and Laura thinks: Great tropical feel and I love the photo!

 

Egle (FairyMouseMom) chose Every Girl Deserves A Beach Vacation by gidget

because she loves how gidget used ACOT's Ad Inspiration for August and created this layout!  I love the big picture she used...and the smaller ones are perfect, too!  Great job!

Kathy says, " What an awesome layout - seriously looks like it came right out of a magazine!"  

Pam LOVES that large photo and the "ad" look to this.

Angie says:This just really catches your eye because it looks like a magazine ad...very crisp and clean...

Tracy says, "WOW! Looks like an ad. Wonderful blending and composition!"

Laura F. says: I can't believe the gorgeous photos she used on this layout! Really looks like she pulled out that resort brochure!

Glenda says: "I thought this WAS an ad!  Great job on the challenge!"

Janell says Every Girl is such a fun and vibrant layout, I love the journaling aligned with the small pictures at the bottom. 

Laura says: Fantastic, graphic, advertising feel to this layout!

 

Glenda picked BEEP BEEP by meadow

and she says, "What a fun little layout with loads of personality.  The use of whitespace (with this patterend paper) is absolutely perfect--really makes the photos pop!"

Tracy loves all the white space, and the elements that are the perfect compliment to her photos.

Karin says: I'm such a HUGE fan of white space, and this layout really takes the cake!  Such a pretty background paper, and ADORABLE little photos - *sigh* its just perfect!

Laura says, "  Wonderful use of white space, love the green!"

Egle says: Cute pictures here.  Love the few embellishments used to create this white space layout.

Angie thinks this is SO cute, LOVE how the green background makes the pictures in the frames just pop off the page...

Pam says, "The use of white space here is fantastic, and the colors are sooo cool!  Love the placing of the title!"

Kathy says: Great use of white space and I really like the use of buttons!  So cute!

Susan loves  the photo placement! Great use of white space and the beep beeps are just too cute!

and Laura F. says: This layout is picture perfect...love the way the little photo strip looks in the center of all of the green!

 

Beth (Beth_W) picked I WONDER by my3boyz

she says: This LO stood out in the gallery because I love the soft, vintage feel of it.  The design is very well executed and the wicker basket idea was genius.  I always love seeing new ways of using products and this was inspirational to me. 

Angie thinks this LO just stands out with the soft pinks and beautiful flowers...very girly!

Pam says, "I love the use of the Basic Grey here!  Everything works SO perfect together!"

Angela loves all the soft colors and flowers, they are perfect with that sweet photo.

Kathy says: Such a cool design - keeps moving my eye around the layout!  Especially love the journaling here!

Susan says, "  I love the journaling, the scrolls, the colors, the flowers....hmmm I just seem to love it all."

Tracy loves the vintage feel and all the soft muted colors.

Laura F. is amazed by the ingenuity of my3boyz...that felt as a basket for the flowers is AWESOME! The rest of the details are beautiful too!

Karin says: Love the shabby chic vibe of this LO!  Such a soft and beautiful feel 

Janell  loves the mix of flowers and sweet hearts to this very cute layout!

Miranda says, "Basic Grey is the perfect paper choice for this picture.  I love this layout."  

Laura says: So soft-looking, with spectacular detail and the journaling is marvelous!

Egle says: I love how this layout looks.  The flowers add the perfect touch.

becauseI love the bright, fun colors and the whimsical placing of the photos...just looks like a fun time at the park!

Tracy says, "This layout is just so fun! The pics are great of course and I really like the colors she chose."

Glenda says : Child's Play is funny and creative - I love everthing about it!

Karen says, "This layout totally made me laugh! I could feel the fun he was having through the series of photos, and the papers, colors and embelishments completely. "

Miranda says: I really like the different size photos, they keep your eve moving across the page.  The colors are fantastic.  Great pictures!

Laura says: Just an all-around fun layout!  Terrific photo placement and colors!

Egle says, "I love the bright colors used here with a white background paper!  This just oozes fun!"

Angie says, "I LOVE the pictures of him at the park playing..makes you want to be a kid again...and the colors are so summery and fresh!"

Angela says, "This is such a cute funny layout!  You have to laugh at the funny photos but I also love the playful design and elements that highlight the photos so well."

Kathy says: Great photo placement here and I love the color scheme for such a fun layout!!

Susan says, "  Love the use of Hambly and the photo placement is unique and eye catching."
