June Guest Paper CT Reveal - Megamay

Crate Paper Little Sprout

For the month of June ACOT is having two Guest Paper CT's.  So that means twice the reveals, twice the fun!  Up first is Megamay.  You can learn more about Meg and see the beautiful layouts she created using the new Little Sprout line from Crate Paper.

   I just turned 30. I work full time as a software engineer. I spend entirely too much time in the car - to and from work and DDs school. I have a 3.5 year old daughter, Eliana. (She has her own desk right next to mine where she creates her own works of art.) I have been married to my wonderful husband, Seth, for 7 years. We have one dog, Penny, and about 4 fish. It will be interesting to see how long my mandate that we not get more pets lasts. In addition to scrapbooking, I enjoy gardening, reading, cooking and shopping. Although generally I dont have time for anything more than the very occasional weeding of my gardens. My husband even does most of the cooking.

I have been scrapbooking for almost 4 years. It started after a 3 month trip to Europe. I have a terrible memory and I wanted to remember all of it. Of course, I had no idea how much scrapbooking would come to mean to me. Now I scrap because I want to remember things, and because I love to create, and because I love the online scrap community, and because I love the 'me time' that I get when I scrap, and because I love the feel of paper and because ...
I guess I have always been a 'crafty' kind of person. I sewed most of the curtains and pillows in my house. I used to paint, and cross stitch, and flower arrange. But I never had the passion for that stuff that I do for scrapbooking.

What's the one thing you must have readily available when you sit down to scrap?  Trash Can - I am a messy scrapper.

What would you like the ACOT members to know about you?  My life is incredibly busy and stressful. People are always asking me why I don't cut back on my scrapping and scrap-socializing online. It would make things easier, but it would also make my life less fulfilling. The time I spend scrapping and socializing with my online scrap buddies is crucial to my happiness and sanity. I will always make time for it!
