KI Memories

Flourish

KI Memories is a company know for it's bright colors and bold patterns.  At least that's what I always think of when I think of KI Memories.  I fell in love with their new line called Flourish.   I am normally more drawn to boy lines then the flowery girls lines.  I think that is because I know I have more photos of my son, Erik then of my daughter, Marissa.  This is because she doesn't always let me take her picture.  But anyway back to this awesome new line!  The Flourish line is gorgeous!!  The pattern papers are bold and I love the mix of bright colors as well as the black & white papers.  Some of the papers are glitter accented, which I love.  There are also so many different kinds of embellishments and accents that you can mix and match with.  KI Memories have designed rub-ons, chipboard stickers, glitter stickers, glitter letters, glitter borders, pop art, and epoxy stickers for all their new lines.  Also there are great packages of journaling tags, photo mats, 8x8 paper pad, 12x12 paper pad, and of course the awesome lace paper!  Believe me you "need" it all! 

Beautiful Inside & Out:  KI Memories came out with these wonderful 12x12 "lace" papers, you get 3 different papers in each package!  For this layout I wanted the lace paper to stand out so I layered it on some black cardstock.  Before adhering it down I trimmed 1/2" off the top and one side of the lace paper.  After laying out the rest of my layout I accented the lace paper with some KaiserCraft pearls.  I also added some pearls to the chipboard accents that I used as my flower centers.

One Tough Year:   I love these journaling tags!  You get a pack of 18 tags, some are lined and some are without lines, and all of them are wonderfully accented with glitter!  For someone like me who can't write straight to save their life (LOL!), I love the lined tags for journaling.  The unlined tags I like to use them for accents.

Always Smile:   To create my title I started with one of the unlined journaling tags then used a chipboard word from the chipboard stickers and layered it on one of the glitter flower stickers.  Then I used the pretty glitter letter stickers to finish my title.  I really like to mix and match fonts for titles.

Happy Birthday cards:   There are so many great accents to pick from with this line.  On my first card I layered some epoxy stickers and chipboard accents onto the centers of the glitter flower stickers.  With my second card I simply used a journaling tag and accented it with some fun epoxy stickers.
