The hazy, hot, August days don't always lend themselves to much scrapping, but our CT has been out scouting the gallery and there have been some gorgeous creations this past month!  Here are just a few selections we wanted to make sure you didn't miss!

First Dance by TerryF

Laura chose this beautiful layout for the gorgeous photo and the wonderful layering. She loves the angle of the papers, and the cluster of leaves and flowers anchoring the photo. Bravo!

With These Rings by scrapy1967

The design and those amazing flowers on this layout is what first caught Angela's eye. Then she was amazed even more when she read that all of these beautiful flowers were homemade!! Wow!!

A Boy's Life by Marilou64

The woodgrain paper with the white splatters caught Sarah's eye. She really likes the different embellies and the colors used here! What a great boy layout!

simultaneously by Ayla

The use of the bright colors and whimsy digital elements really brings out the fun look to the layout. Egle loves how the alphabet of the title is all layered on top of each other to add to the fun design!

You Make My Heart Sing Album by Lindsay

Angie says:" This hybrid project just SCREAMS FUN! Lindsay made an album based on her favorite songs and bands and I think it is just so creative!!"

Janell loves how Jeri took all these beautiful elements and papers and combined them with a beautiful poem to create a layout that is both memorable and gorgeous! The way that Jeri combined two pictures at the top and used the contrasting colors of gold and blue really make this layout a standout in the gallery!

Jennifer thinks this page is stunning! She loves how the background goes so well with the picture and how just a few elements makes this page really stand out!

Creative Imaginations Birthday Bliss by alicecarman

Jess loves this bright card because of the FAB stitching and layered goodness! The ruffled crepe paper and tulle hat topper are such cool details!

 Yummy by Cimorosete

Chrissy loves the mix of black and white patterns and how the image was also done in grayscale to compliment the colors. The white bow and "yummy" sentiment soften it perfectly.

Megan loves these tags from sghartman because they are simple and clean, but totally cute!
 

Trick or Treat 2010 by scrappie_stacie

Carrie tells us, "I always have a hard time using a lot of photos so I love how she was able to get so many on this layout. The design and colors of it really highlight all of the photos without making it look so busy."

 Wedding Kiss by CherryTat

Jules loves the layering and the amazing flowers on this wedding layout by Cherry Tat. The vintage appeal of the G45 papers perfectly shows off the wonderful wedding photo. The whole layout is simply beautiful.
