Hello Spring! We're Going Green 1 comments
Posted by MamaK321 I can't think of a better color to represent Spring than green! The grass is starting to pop out, the dormant plants are popping through the wet soil, and we celebrated St. Patrick's Day this week. Spring is surely just around the corner! To lift your spirits and inspire you, the Digi CT has worked out some gorgeous, green layouts to coax Spring from hiding. Inspiration by Angie/nun69 Angie exclaims, "what better way to accent green than with some splashes of pink!" Be Green by Jenn/sarahwhithers Jenn says, "I went with a monochrome green. Used a bunch of patterned papers and green elements to add to the green grass in the picture." We Love Spring by Janell/janello Janell explains, "It's fun to see all the green return during the Spring months. We love Spring at our house. I also love the green and pink combination." Me in Europe by Jennifer/jjenni08 Jennifer tells us, "It was so much fun trying to come up with green stiff for a layout. Also, I love this picture of me in Europe! I was at the Hard Rock Cafe! I used a collaborative kit that benefited Haiti Earthquake survivors." Take Me! by Laura/Art_Teacher Laura says, "Green is one of my favorite scrapping colors because it is so versatile. From fresh, cozy yellow-green to soothing, tranquil blue-green, I love every shade of this fabulous color!" Spring Showers by Ronny/Smiley-Scrap8 Ronny says "Green is my favorite color so it's very easy for me to scrap with but the photos that I was inspired to use, green just didn't work well with. So I changed the photos to b&w except for one portion which just happen to be green. I never thought I would make a snow layout green but it worked great with my theme." I'm the lucky one by Kristi/mamaK321 Just Lion Around by Egle / FairyMouseMom Egle wrote, "This layout was created for ACOT's Digital Creative Team's "green" reveal. I chose to use a template that only had one picture on it with a few sheets of paper that could be used. I stuck with a theme of solid green colors and mixed and matched these papers using three ACOT designers' kits." Here are some of the fabulous kits, with all your favorite shades of green, that the Digi CT used to create these layouts: Posted by MamaK321 Reader Comments ... 3/23/10 10:06 am
