During this time of the year we are all even busier than usual. But that doesn't stop us wishing for a little something special to help make the holidays bright. It could be the newest, hottest toy or a special person we don't get to see much. Or maybe it's something practical to make our lives easier to enjoy or just more time to enjoy life. Laura says:  "I wish for lots of things you can't buy in a store."
Her journaling says it all:
"Every year in November, I have trouble coming up with my Christmas wish list. Maybe it's because the things I really want, like happy, healthy friends and family, world peace, and more time to enjoy all the things in life that matter most are beyond my control and nobody can give them to me. Or, maybe it's because I have all I ever want just being married to my best friend and lifelong sweetheart! I will always be happy at Christmas just to have Mike by my side! ~July, 2009"

We Want a Wii! by Sara (Keling)

Hee hee, Sara says: "What do we want at our house this Christmas - a Wii! We have had some money sent to us for Christmas, and the boys and I want the Wii. We can even afford it! BUT... DH doesn't.... Hmmm... I think 3 votes to 1 win it! Let's see who's going to win this battle!"

Jenn shows off her wishes with a very colorful layout full of all the Disney titles she loves. She says "anyone can wish for world peace, but for me, I wish for Disney movies! I heart them!"

Christmas Wish by Sarah (Davsar)

Sarah's wish I think is the perfect wish for any mom with a young child, for them to finally be potty trained. What an elegant way to scrap something like this.

My Wish! by Janell (Janello)

Janell says: "It's not an outrageous gift wish. It's something I would use everyday. It's my car stereo. It's been broken for some time. The cd player "eats" cds and I can't play them, so my #1 gift on my wishlist this year is a new car stereo/cd player. Don't you think a taxi mom deserve some good tunes to listen to?"

 Ronny says "I chose my family not because that is what everyone wants but because I don't celebrate Christmas unless I'm with my parents. You see my dh, the kids and I celebrate Hanukkah in our home and oh how I miss Christmas with my family. The good news is I get to spend it with them this year and I'm very excited!"
