Paper or Digi
AAM-
AAM stands for All About Me. We scrap about everyone else most of the time. We focus on our kids, our ancestors, our parents, or even our pets, but what about us! Our kids will want to see us after we are gone, so lets give them something to see! To start it off I wanted to go with something that I feel like fits most of us here at ACOT... Are you a Dog or Cat person? Or maybe you prefer birds? Or maybe you are just not an animal person? However you feel, share it with us! This challenge is open to paper and digital.

Altered Object Challenge - By JulesinParadise (Jules)
Paper or Hybrid Scrapbooking
This month, I challenge you to use a printed napkin to create a card, tag or embellishment for a layout, card or project. I took this printed cocktail napkin and created a fabric like covering for a tag. Can't wait to see what you create this month.

Card Challenge - By bluejeans7 (Angela)
Paper or Digital Scrapbooking
Last month I was looking through my box of birthday cards and I noticed that I have a ton of pretty, flowery, girly cards that I've made. But I found only one card that would work for a guy. I need to make some masculine cards!!! So this month's challenge is to make a masculine birthday card. It came be for a little boy, teenage boy, or an older guy.

Color Challenge - by Art_Teacher (Laura)
Paper or Digital Scrapbooking
For this month, I challenge you to use my favorite color: green! It comes in so many wonderful shades, so for this layout, you must use at least 3 different shades of green. You can use other colors, but the layout needs to be at least 50% green!

Countdown Challenge - By sarahwhithers (Jennifer)
Paper or Digital Scrapbooking
For this challenge you will create a layout using a countdown method of items. I will list five different kinds of things (eg. elements, papers, photos) for you to use in your layout. Every month there will be five new items for you to use. And for this month, the theme is luck of course! I want to see a page about something that you feel lucky to have or something you are blessed to have happen. It can be anything or anyone that you find a lucky part of your life!
5 - Flowers
4 - Word Title
3 - Green Elements
2 - Papers
1 - Tag
You are welcome to use more than these items (eg. 2 tags instead of 1 is fine) just as long as you meet the required list and numbers asked for each. An example is seen below.

Die Cut Challenge - By Dianedi (Diane)
Paper Scrapbooking
For the die-cutting challenge in March, create a layout that uses die-cuts embellishments with a "spring" theme! This could mean anything from flowers, butterflies, to Easter! Please list the die-cut machine (Sizzix, Cricut, Silhouette, etc.) that you've used and the cartridges that you've used to create your layout. Have fun!

Faithbooking Challenge - By Keling (Sara)
Paper or Digital Scrapbooking
March - Peace
Peace. It is more than just quiet or a lack of war. The Bible describes a peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7), that can only be found in God.
John 14:27 - Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
2 Thessalonians 3:16 - Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.
Numbers 6:25-26 - The LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.
Isaiah 26:3 - You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you.

My examples:

Heritage Challenge - By JanetM (Janet)
Paper AND Digital Scrapbooking
Hats - we should all have some pictures of people from years ago in their hats. I know my mother and father wore them all the time. I took a little play on the word and wrote about all the many "hats" my father wore through the years.
You can go either direction, write about the jobs they had or scrap a picture of them in a hat.

Hybrid Challenge - By Smiley-Scrap8 (Ronny)
Paper AND Digital Scrapbooking
March Hybrid Challenge: Combine hybrid and recycling! Make a layout using both paper and elements printed from digital and recycled items found around the house like pretty packaging. For my layout below I used 4 different papers printed from the "Child At Play" digital kit by MC Designs. I also printed a kraft bracket element and a stamped circle element.
For my recycled items I used a piece of the packaging from some prima flowers, that's the green behind the photo and I used a tag from some Converse clothing, that's the torn tag and circle with a star on it. Have fun and get creative!
Please include in the gallery which items are hybrid and which are recycled.

Music Challenge - By carrie123 (Carrie)

They are goofy, they are annoying and they are catchy...commercial jingles that is! You know you have all had one stuck in your head and have found yourself singing one for one reason or another so why not put it to good use? This month your challenge is to use a commercial jingle as your inspiration. I used the Almond Joy jingle..."Sometimes you feel like a nut...Sometimes you don't"

One Word Challenge - By Mommybruno (Cassie)
Paper or Digital Scrapbooking
Things in my house have been turned topsy turvy in the last few days, and not in a good way. The best way for me to deal with things like this is to scrap them, which is what I did with this layout. And so the word to use on your layout this month is TERRIFYING (or any variation thereof). What terrifies you?
