February seemed to fly by, I can't believe it's March 1st already!  A new month means a new GCT here at A Cherry On Top.  You can learn more about Andrea  (aceason) and check out the amazing layouts she created with the Best Creation Travel Forever line.

Name: My name is Andrea Eason and I'm a working mom to two wonderful kids, a daughter who is eight and a son who is three, and have been married to my wonderful husband for almost 15 years. Eek! We live in Tacoma, Washington and I work in downtown Seattle so between work, my kids, leading Girl Scouts and Awana, teaching scrapbook classes twice a month, I get around! I love my busy life and as a result have plenty of occasions and photos to scrap!

Favorite television show? I am a huge reality TV buff and it's hard to narrow it down. My DVR is set for Ghost Hunters, Top Chef, Amazing Race, Survivor, and I love Community and Castle (but who doesn't?)

Name 3 musical artists you enjoy. I have a really varied taste in music and can appreciate anything except the BeeGees, who my husband loves. My recent find is Skylar Grey, I love her voice but I also have lots of dance music (think Black Eyed Peas, Keisha, Lady Gaga), pop, modern country, and of course the classics like Dave Matthews. You just never know what you're going to find.

Name 2 of your favorite colors. Red is my absolute favorite! I have a red wall in one room with red chairs, it inspires me. I also love green, I'm particularly into what I call Kermit green right now.

Favorite thing to do with your family? Just hang out! We are so busy, on weekends we like to be homebodies and do things around the house and outside when the weather permits.

What's your favorite scrapping tool to use when scrapbooking? Seriously, just one? Probably my paper trimmer, best tool ever created. I use a lot of patterned papers (yes I am a paper hoarder) and usually cut them into smaller chunks to scrap with. I also matte a lot of my photos and it's essential for that!

Name 3 of your favorite SB companies/lines. Again, so hard to narrow down! I've been a huge Basic Grey and My Mind's Eye fan since the beginning but now I have fallen in love with many of the newer brands like Echo Park, October Afternoon, and Fancy Pants. I love brands that create coordinating lines while being subtle about it.

What are your favorite adhesives? My big ol' pink Scotch ATG gun! But I also love glue pens for titles, glue sticks for their thriftiness, and Zots because they are just plain awesome.

What's the one thing you must have readily available when you sit down to scrap? Photos, organized. I usually choose paper first and then find coordinating photos so I keep a bunch of boxes with pictures organized and ready for layouts with little post-it notes indicating themes so they're easy to find. That way it's easy to get lots done in what time I hav

What would you like the ACOT members to know about you? I have been scrapbooking since 1991 when tools were deco-edge scissors and bow stickers. I have enjoyed watching the industry flourish and grow and I am passionate about scrapping. I discovered ACOT through during one of the online crops and fell in love. I love that people can post without fear of condescening or no comments, I love that it is such an encouraging place for people to share, "toot", vent, or come for inspiration. It's my go-to community for scrapbooking and I feel so honored to have been able to be a Guest CT for March!
