 Ah, the lazy days of summer.  Everyone has their own ways to enjoy these languid summer days, and we look forward to them all winter.  This week, the Digi CT is sharing some of their summer traditions with you, in layout form.  Hopefully, these layouts will inspire you to scrap your own summer traditions, or even create some new ones!

A Summer Tradition by Art_Teacher/Laura:

Laura created this two-page layout with a freebie template, which was the only way to fit all the photos she took of her family's summer 4th of July tradition.
 

Slice of Summer by nun69/Angie:

Angie exclaims, "This reveal is all about summer traditions, and  for the Miller 6 pack it is all about watermelon until it goes out of season!"
 

Grace Island Picnic by Keling/Sara:

Sara explains, "One of my favourite summer traditions, that I've missed these last 2 years since we've been in the UK, is our annual church picnic, usually on the Thursday of Cupmatch (1st Thursday in August or the last in July, depending on how the 1st of August falls). Years ago, we used to go out to Ports Island every year, but now, the whole church boats out to Grace Island for a fun day of food, fellowship and fun! We're just missing it this year - Cupmatch is yesterday and today, and so the church picnic would have been yesterday! My layout features photos from the event in 2007, when DH's family were visiting us in from England!

Annalies tells us, "This is a real tradition, reading books, books, books.  I don't care where I am, when I have some books with me it is fine by me!"
 

Traveling to Seoul by milmomma/Brittney:

"To me," Brittney says, "this means a summer road trip in a very hot car with too many bodies. A foreign bed and fast food. Oddly, I love this tradition of summer vacations and have started doing it more with my family."
 

Girls Night by JennKellams:

Jenn writes, "I don't have children so my traditions are made with my friends. Being in college has its benefits for meeting people and these girls have really become great friends of mine! We love having a get together since we are all free this summer."
 

 Summer Sunshine by Janell:

Janell says, "Of course one of our favorite summer traditions is swimming and Maya loves the pool!"
 

Summer Camp by sarahwhithers/Jennifer:

Jennifer's summer tradition, "would have to be camping. I've gone the last three years in a row now, at least once, and always enjoy it. Here's hoping this year we go again!"
 

Home Grown year 5 Hybrid Album by Smiley-Scrap8/Ronny:

Ronny created this incredible acrylic, hybrid album and tells us, "We have tons of things we like to do during the summer but our summer garden has become something we just can't live without in the last 5 years. The kids beg and beg to get the garden started each spring and have a blast taking care of it all summer long."
 

Perfect Summer by MamaK321/Kristi:

Kristi says, "There is one thing that makes my summer perfect... spending time at home with the family, doing not much of anything. LOL BBQing, swimming, celebrating birthdays, as long as the family is together.
 

Summer Fun by Scrappin13/Molly:

Molly explains, "I love summertime. I love being able to stay up late and sleep in, going swimming at my parent's pool, going to baseball games. These are the things we enjoy doing and make summer my favorite time of year."
