Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

I'm not receiving email from you

We send order confirmations, shipment information, product updates, newsletters and password reset details to the email address provided in your account.  Please note, the following mail servers may block this email even if you have subscribed to our Newsletter:

AOL­­® (AIM) users
Hotmail® users
YAHOO® users

Blocked email will not appear in your spam folder.  You can opt to use an alternative email address or try adding our service@acherryontop.com email address and our newsletter@acherryontop.com email address to your 'Save Senders' or 'Approved Senders/contact' list.

If you are using an email server other than AOL®, Hotmail® or YAHOO® and are not receiving order notices, please email brandon@acherryontop.com.
