What do I do if an item is missing or I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Although we strive to pick and package your order so it is received in pristine condition, accidents/oversights can occur.  If you receive an item you believe to be received in error, did not receive or is damaged upon receipt, please save all packaging and contact our Customer Support Department within 15 days of delivery. 

For orders shipping within the US or its territories, a customer credit or refund will be issued if the damaged item is valued under $5.  If the item has a higher value and is in stock, you may have the choice between a customer credit or reshipment.  For orders shipping outside of the US, a customer credit will be issued if the value is below $20.  Items with a higher value and are available may be reshipped or a customer credit issued. 

Items will be shipped at a level deemed suitable by the corporation.
