Hello!! My name is Renee and I live in Vermont with my husband of 6 years, Adam our son, Alex and of course our doggies, Scooter and Annabelle!! I love living in the country...I am definitely not a city girl. I love the change of seasons and the quietness. I am a stay at home mom. Besides scrapbooking I love sewing (well attempting to), watching movies, and taking pictures!! I like to make cards and have dabbled in some altering...but not much. Other than scrappy stuff I collect some Boyd's Bears and I LOVE Willow Tree and Snowmen too!! Birthday: August 6 Anniversary: September 29 Album size: 12x12 or 8x8 Color choices: I like neutral tones but I use just about every color. Not a big fan of pastels... Kids: Alexander!! What ages: 3 (February 1, 2005) Pets: Yes..I have 2 Chihuahuas. Annabelle and Scooter! What kind: Chihuahuas What kind of layouts are you going to be working on in the future: toddler boy, everyday stuff...playing in the snow, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter...You get the hint?? Do you have a sizzix: Nope Do you like cute stuff: I love cute stuff Heritage: Yep I like heritage too! Do you use diecuts: Once in awhile. I like the ones that you can buy on a sheet of paper and punch them out...they're already decorated. Lumpy or not lumpy: I do like some LuMpY!! Anything you won't use: I use pretty much anything...except zippers...LOL Favorite designers: I like just about everything!!! Doodlebug, K&Co., Bo Bunny... Eyelets: Rarely Brads: Yep! Nailheads: Never tried them but I would like to! Pins: ?? I don't know what these are. Metal: I have used some Stickers: Yes Do you stamp: Cards...but I would like to try some in my albums. Chalk: I just started using it. Ribbon (unprinted/printed)? Yes I use this and LOVE it! Patches? Not really Metal clips? Yes Wooden embellishments? No Library pockets/cards? I have used a couple that I got in swaps. They're great!! Buckles (metal/plastic)? What are they?? Zippers? No Twist ties? Haven't tried but sounds neat.. Twill (unprinted/printed)? Yes Fabric? Not sure what I am supposed to do with it Bottlecaps (plain/printed)? Not in scrapbooks but I have used them in some altering. Rick Rack? Not sure what this is Canvas embellishments? Yes Color washes? Haven't tried Walnut ink? Haven't tried Liquid chalk ink pads? Yes! I love how it looks on layouts. Acrylic paints? Once in awhile Foam stamps? Yes What is your favorite type of item to make? I like to do paper piecings and cards What is your least favorite type of item to make? Tags...I never use them unless I get them in a swap Do you use journal boxes on a regular basis? Yes Do you use borders on a regular basis? Yes Do you use titles on a regular basis? Yes Do you use embellished tags on a regular basis? No because I don't like making them Do you use paper piecings on a regular basis? often Do you use shakers on a regular basis? No...I can't make them either Do you use deco squares on a regular basis? Sometimes Do you use serendipity squares on a regular basis? Ummm, what's the differnece between these and deco squares? What is your greatest scrapbooking weakness? Buying too much? Paper, Paper and Cardstock!! What is your favorite paper theme (i.e., floral, stripes, plaid, fun themes, solids)? I like funky stuff...florals, stripes, plaids...I don't like stuff with real photos like Mac and cheese, pepperoni pizza...that kinda stuff LOL Other than time and money (which we all need more of), what is your greatest scrapbooking challenge? Trying to come up with new ideas...I always seem to get stuck in a rut and things kinda look the same.
