This is my DH not long after joining the Army (1997). He said the slogan "Be all you can be." was on the commercials that made him decide to sign up...so that is what I used for the title. It was hard for me to not be able to use flowers, bling, or ribbons...so I had to use the "military embellishments". I used a few things that were on the uniform he is wearing in the photo. I was told to not make it "pretty".

I love the look of the photo. It was taken by a military photographer that developed the picture the old fashion way...looks kinda antiquish.
