Start with a least one plain chipboard shape. Next decorate your chipboard shape by painting it, doodling on it, covering it with paper, add bling, or glitter, etc........ Then use your "designed" chipboard shape as an accent on your card. The card can be any theme you wish to made. I can't wait to see your beautiful chipboard accents!
