Description
This layout was created for ACOT's Digital Creative Team's Reveal: Stars and Stripes. I opted to go for a non-holiday theme. I created my own little template, so to speak, of rectangles (copied and pasted the first so they would all be the same size). My stars were created by using the rubber stamp clone in Photoshop Elements. I found a star cluster and just dragged it down my page. I then masked it with a digital paper sheet.
