Description
i wanted to create not just a 12x12 layout, but also an 8.5x11
and although limited in space, does not necessarily mean it has
to be boring, so tadaaa ;) it has chockful of embellishments, lol!
also wanted to play with the chipboard tags now turned hanging
ornaments with the stitching which also serves to draw the eyes
from the glittered title on top, down to the ones at the bottom...
