Description I combined the supply list challenge with one from scrapbook kit clubs to use texture on a LO. What a fun challenge to use texture! What kind of texture didn't I use?! I painted the background papers, sewed them all together, used a Heidi Swapp mask, used texture magic to add polka dots, stamped fabric, painted and inked chipboard, added stickles and puff paint, punched eyelets through chipboard, added fibers, tore journaling spot and colored it with watercolor pencils and inked the edges, and stuck on some American Crafts puffy stickers. Oh, and added some rub ons by Rhonna Farrer.
Journaling reads: I typically don't do anything really fancy or unique to my pages. In fact, I tend to be quite traditional in my scrapping. But I took this texture challenge to heart. I set out to make my own paper using all the techniques I've never really used or tried. And most of the time I was having fun (except eyelets). It totally reminded me to enjoy the process! {7/3/09}
