Description
I was given the “Yankee Doodle Dandy” line from Piggy Tales for my reveal. The foil papers that were available really drew me to this line and I had fun working with them. The chipboard shapes are self-adhesive.

As soon as I looked at these papers I knew I had to dig up an old army picture of my grandpa. For my first layout I used a picture of my grandpa as a young military man. I loved the look of the striped foil paper so I used silver metallic pens to color the star paper to match. I used a silver metallic ink pad around the edges of the picture and frame. All the papers in this line are double-sided with a patterned paper on one side and a coordinating solid on the other which made choosing a background paper very easy.
