Description
I altered a small, children's undecorated, cardboard suitcase and used as a giftbox for our wedding gift to our friends. They now keep their most precious wedding memories in the case. The white, cardboard glitter letters from American Crafts spell "Minnen", which means "Memories" in English. The whole case is dressed inside out in patterned paper from Swedish designer Maja. Pink border is punched with Martha Stewart's Doily Lace. I made the horseshoe garland of roses from "I am Roses" and Norwegian supplier Papirloftet. I punched the two pink hearts with a punch from Martha Stewart. The lace and pearls on the lid, ribbon, jewels and they key "to my heart" are from my stash. The white resin embellies on each side and on the lid are from Melissa Frances. The butterfly is from Prima. The props are my own wedding gown, tiara, veil and ring cushion. TFL!
