Description
I don't know how I like that verse, but I haven't thought of anything better yet.
This is a sheet of preprinted paper from Hot Off The Press. I cut out around the image with my swivel knife to tuck the "tag" in behind it. I double matted the pics with black and white Bazzill then I took my silver ink pad and rubbed it on the edge of the white and then onto the flowers. It looks better than it scanned. It shimmers more.
