Description

This is my entry into the Sketch Challenge for Oct. 09. I love love sketches. I love Juliana's Sketch! At the same time when I looked at the Challenges I wanted to do, the sketch challenge was a given on the list and just glanced at the sketch only. I have had a hard time with collages in general. I had the pictures of Harley's birthday I used for her "Party Album". I printed a couple of photos for me to use on a LO with the leftover wallets. I gathered what I wanted to use, went to the challenge again almost a month later having no idea the layout was for another little girl's 5th birthday. So I scraplifted the title. Thank you, Juliana. I just couldn't resist using Lemonade again as this line was made for Harley and Hannah! So fortunately with completing this LO today, I can give this line a rest.

I used:

Basic Grey Lemonade: Collection Pack, 6x6 Paper Pad Element Stickers, Chip Stickers, Glazed Brads
We R Memory Keepers: teen angst layer chipboard words (purchased just for this layout)
Imaginisce Perfectly Posh: Cherry Kisses Rubons & Poodle Snag 'em Stamps
American Crafts: Thickers Cucumber Sprinkles Glitter
Color Box: Black Ink

As I've looked at two of my layouts I have posted this month I found things I would have changed. This is one of them. I wish I'd used my Versa Mark Ink with Perfect Pearls Medium instead of Plain Black ink. Such is our lives of scrappers. I tried to make the two wallet photos look like a window in the LO using the same paper as the background. I liked one piece of PP instead of two in the open space. I couldn't resist using the chip sticker as my journaling spot. Then I really love the grouping of items as that is Harley, grabing various things until she has an armload to come show me all that she has gathered. This past week when I saw her I was surprised it was only three books.
