Description
My family usually keeps cats indoors except when they're on a leash. Usually the leash is stationary outside allowing them some moving-around room. When my folks started wintering in Florida, however, they trained their cat Fang to walk on the leash so they could walk around the trailer park with him! He was quite the talk of the community!
