These fantastic Paper Edges were created by me from scratch. Use them as a unique and perfect finish for your papers or embelish them and create borders for your kits. They are High Resolution, Quality Checked and a perfect Designer's Resource. MY TOU which is reproduced below is the most liberal around, and I got rid of all the confusing parts, making it very simple and clear. Commercial Use TOU - Comprehensive You may use this product for your own personal or commercial projects, with the following restrictions. Please pay attention, because these are the MAY NOTS. 1. You may not sell, give away or otherwise make available to any other party, the contents of any of my products either in whole or in part as templates or layered files such as Tubes or psds. 2. You may not create and sell new products made entirely from these templates/papers/elements. You must incorporate them into a design that is predominantly your own. These images should not be more than 25% of your product. The majority of your product must be created by yourself. 3. CREDIT IS NOT REQUIRED. 4. You can't use any of these to create other commercial use products. 5.You must not use this product to mass produce any product for sale. The sale of any digital product created as a derivative of any or all images in this archive is limited to 200 copies. 6. Any other use of this product not expressly granted is prohibited without first obtaining consent. Please feel free to contact me with any comments or questions you may have. This TOU supersedes all the previous ones included in zip files. ELEMENTS FULL COLOR, STAMPS & POSTCARDS You may use these Elements or Postcards “as is” provided you are in total conformity with the rule above: my products should not be the primary design in your own product. The totality of any of my products should not be more than 25% of your final product, ever. As you see, this clause eliminates the creation of packs of Postcards or Flowers, or any of my elements. My products should always be part of a kit. Freebies are allowed as part of a kit or Mini Kit, always respecting the 25% percentage. OVERLAYS, ELEMENTS IN GREYSCALE OR TEMPLATES You may not sell, give away or otherwise make available to any other party, or other designers, the contents of this product either in whole or in part as templates. If used in any product intended to be distributed digitally, any and all of the elements of this product, must be digitally merged with other images, such as backgrounds, frames or any other element or cluster. PHOTO BORDERS These are easy. They have to be merged. You can’t use any of my photo borders “as is”. A simple staple is considered acceptable merging. So, just make the photo border your own, and always respect my percentage rule. Any exceptions, you will have to write and explain to me what you intend to do.
