Hello everyone, Wendy here today to share a look at some boy layouts I created with Shimelle Laine’s Field Trip collection. So I got kinda carried away and couldn’t stop creating with the Field Trip collection, so today I have 3 very different layouts to share from the same collection.
My first page was of a teenage boy and his camp adventures. I focused on the far out/awesome theme by fussy cutting some of the items of this paper and lifting them onto my blue paper.
An acrylic word from Bella Blvd added the perfect texture touch to the page to bring more interest.
My next page again used some of the fussy cut items from the paper in the above layout.
I decided to go with a space theme, but I pulled in an educational theme with the rulers anchoring down my picture.
One last page using the collection to focus on a birthday celebration. I loved the rainbow paper, but it didn’t seem like it fit my page, so with some fussy cutting I was able to transform the page into the theme I did want.
Before you go, here is a YouTube video with all of my favorite boy layouts from the past year or two… How about Shimelle, Echo Park, Bella Blvd, Jillibean Soup, and a few more! Stop by and I hope you might find some boyish inspiration to document your boy stories.
