highlighting papers you are sure to want for Christmas!

Inspiration:  I'm not sure about you,  but I have so many Christmas pictures that I need to get scrapped before Christmas rolls around again!  I seem to get a little overwhelmed with all of the pictures I've taken that I have a hard time getting them all scrapped.  When I was looking through the store and saw the new Snowy Jo line by Imaginisce, I knew that I wanted to work with it!  This line is so beautiful and I love all the colors that match all of my Christmas pictures.  After seeing the papers and embellishments in person I love this line even more.  The papers and embellishments are beautifully accented with glitter and even better, the glitter does not fall off!  I also love how all the papers are double sided so you get two different patterns on each piece of paper.

Materials Used: (see below for links to individual products)

I used products from the Imaginisce Snow Jo line to create these layouts and cards.

Christmas 2007:  For this layout I mixed and matched four different papers using both the front side and the back side.  All of the different patterns work so well together.  I alternated the glitter brads with rub-ons on my scallop cut paper to create a fun border.  Then I punched out a circle from one of the papers, added the snowman rub-on and then added the bling.

Ha Ha Ha Santa:  For this layout I used both sizes of the glitter brads to create borders around two of the corners on my grouped pictures.  I also added a couple of the smaller brads in my title.

Santa I Can Explain:  I love the cute feel of these two patterned papers, they worked perfect for the pictures of my son and Santa.  After I glued down my base papers I then put two 1/2" x 12" strips of another patterned paper on my layout and then added some glitter brads.

Here are some cards that I created with my leftover scraps of paper.  I now have a good head start on this year's Christmas cards!

Happy Holidays Card:  This was a simple card to make.  I cut three strips of paper, inked them and then stamped the greeting and trees.  I then added a tiny glitter star sticker to each of the treetops.

Happy Holidays Card #2:  For this card I used up lots of different scraps from my papers by simply punching them with my square punch.  Then I outlined the squares with different colors of glitter.  I also added a rub-on greeting to one of the 3D sticker tags.

Merry Christmas Card: I loved the sparkle delight stickers from the Snowy Jo line and I wanted them to show up really well so I placed them on a white background.

Tis The Season Card:  Here's another card that I used stamping on.  I alternated the snowman and gingerbread man stamps and then added glitter to accent the stamped images.

Season's Greetings Card:  For this card I created my own little embellishment by using a circle punch to create my circle, then I inked it and added three rub-on trees.
