Have fun with themes AND without!

How many times have you seen themed paper, such as Halloween or Snow paper and thought, "Wow, I love that paper, but we don't get snow ?" Well in this reveal you will see how you how can use the paper the way it is intended to be used, and also in fun non-themed ways.

The NEW Scribble Scrabble  paper lines  Autumn Afternoon and Suzy Snowflake, are great examples of how to branch out and use themed paper for something other thanfor what it was intended. Here lets show you how!

First lets see how great these lines are for actual Autumn and Snowy pages.

Fall + Colorado = Heaven

These papers are absolutely wonderful to layer. The colors are just so vibrant and play off each other so well. Not to mention they match fall photos perfectly.  This layout was created by cutting four one inch strips of the red lined patterned paper and adhering to a background cardstock. Then cut a 12x12 sheet of the Sweet Pea paper at an angle, leaving the bottom straight and the angle at the top. Adhere over paper strips, leaving some strips showing at top and bottom. Cut theA is for Apple paper into a 7x12 sheet and place that over then angled paper. Again leaving some showing at the bottom. Now place your photos, title and embellishment. if you want you can add little touches such as the pearls at the top, the paper ribbon at the bottom and the quote on the cardstock at the bottom.

Snow....what SNOW?

Gorgeous blues, greens and reds, make your snow pictures really pop off the page.

To create this page, cut the Frosty Winterland paper into a 9.5x12 sheet. Adhere this over a full sheet of Festive and Plaid paper. Leaving some of the plaid paper showing at the top and bottom.  Cut one 2x6 strip of paper each from these papers ( Rosy Winter Wonderland ,  and both sides of  Merry and Bright ) Use a border punch on both top and bottom of the paper strips. Adhere to blue paper, placing them flush with the edge. Leaving no space in between the strips. Place photo over strips, add title and then embellishments

Now you have seen how to create themed layouts using appropriately themed papers. Now look at these layouts created using the themed paper lines, but neither one matching the theme. Isn't that fun?

I'd pick YOU using the Autumn Afternoon line.
