Each year some try to make new goals or resolutions. Some we are able to follow through with when others are just too hard to complete. With each goal/resolution we have something to look forward to, or to reach towards. Some of the most popular resolutions are to get fit, quit smoking, quit drinking or learn something new.
Jennifer (Sarawhithers) takes us back with her past resolution. She say, "For the Digi Ct Reveal this week, we're going through resolutions. Whether it be past, present or future, simple goals or ones you've tried to do year and year again, no matter the resolution, they're a part of who you are! For my pages, I've decided to go with some goals from my past, my present and my future. "

Sara (Keling) shared three different resolutions with different parts of her life, from faith, health and just ambitions. She said, "When thinking about this week's reveal, I thought it would be cool to make a new cover for my Bible - I've got this cool one with a clear cover, so you can change. So, I put together a list of 'resolutions' based on Biblical principals, that would be great to put on the Bible as a reminder."

Brittney (milmomma) chose three new resolutions for the new year. She said, "For this weeks reveal we are featuring goals and resolutions, past, present and future. I try not to make a lot of resolutions but rather focus on goals. And one of my goals for this upcoming year is to be more supportive of my husband and his career."

Layouts featuring-
I have never purchased Webster's Pages before in my life, other than their amazing alphabet stickers.
When this line appeared in the Shoppe, though, I really wanted to give it a shot! I asked all the Creative Team members if they thought I could handle it, and most of them said yes. So I apprehensively ordered it, and nervously waited for it to arrive.
I must say, the papers are beautiful, and the quality is outstanding! My favorite thing about the line, though are the AMAZING fabric ribbons, and the gorgeous embellishments.
This line is geared towards Christmas baking, and sadly, we didn't do too much of that this year. I had to improvise then, because even the little we did, is still in my camera.
Here are the layouts I did with this line:
Here is a layout of Delaney's first grade picture. I find these types of photographs incredibly difficult to scrap, but it worked well with this line! I punched out butterflies to make it more whimsical, and they went on a field trip that year to see the butterfly exhibit!
This next layout is Kiley and her friend Paige making a cake. The colors were perfect for the Sweet Shoppe line! I hand cut the cupcakes with their initials on top to decorate the bottom of the layout.
My last layout is actually a Christmas layout! It shows a few of the decorations we had around the house this year for Christmas. I love how this layout turned out!
My last project is a hostess gift for this weekend. We are staying with friends that live on a lake and make an ice skating rink, for both skating and hockey. I painted a crate, Mod Podged it and decorated it with paper and embellishments. I then filled it with hot chocolate packets that they can make when they come in from outside.

This was a fun line to work with, and I hope that you take a leap of faith and give it a try!
Can you believe that the holidays are nearly over and we're already looking toward Valentine's Day? Well, when you see the With All My Heart line from SEI, you'll be ready to put those old Christmas photos aside and get scrapping all of those things you love! The collection includes some fabulous double sided glittery papers, great textured diecuts and stickers to add all of the embellishments you need!
For my first layout Handmade with Love, I used the Follow Your Heart striped paper for my background...it's deliciously textured and glittery along those red stripes. I wish you could see that in the photo! When Jessica turned six, she had a Queen of Hearts birthday party...that's about as close as we come to celebrating Valentine's day in this household. Her February 15th birthday has always taken priority! These papers and the heart diecut embellishments are perfect for my photos!
Next, a grown up Jessica and a layout about her love for the San Francisco Giants. Giants Fever shows how you can use these gorgeous papers to highlight something you love. The heart background paper (which comes in the With All My Heart Paper Pad) is perfect for a wedding page, a baby girl page or just a page about your passion. I used an assortment of tags from the Glittering Romance Die Cut Accents to make my title banner on this one.
These products when all together, definitely feel like Valentines day. But when you pull out bits and pieces of them, you can definitely find a pretty, girly page. On Swinging Sweetie, I used more of the DieCut Accents to make a border of flowers under my photos. A few more flowers on top of one of the Romance Cardstock Stickers add a layer of prettiness to my title block.
And lastly, I went with that Valentine feel for my Be My Valentine 4Ever layout. I've been wanting to scrap a few of the photos I took at Jess' friend's wedding, and these papers are perfect for them! The Heartstrings background paper is so pretty in person, and I just love the glittery hearts! The Be My Valentine DieCuts have layers and fun frame elements, so I decided to add some interest by offsetting the outside of it a little. A bit of ribbon from Making Memories, some gorgeous buttons from Webster's Pages and this was finished in no time!
Hopefully, you've found something to pull at your heartstrings in this gorgeous line! I know I did!
