You may have a "Customer Credit" here at A Cherry On Top if ...
- You have overpaid on an order you placed at ACherryOnTop.com. This may appear when you place an order with us and choose to pay by Money Order or PayPal®. If an item is out of stock, we will award you a "Customer Credit" for the amount of the item that was out of stock. If your credit is $5.00 or more, you can later choose to have us send you a refund for this amount, or you may simply use it as payment on your next order at ACherryOnTop.com. Refund checks are not issued for orders paid via Gift Certificate.
- We agree to do a customer-credit on a particular purchase for any qualifying returned items. You will receive a "Customer Credit" for your return that can be used towards a future purchase at ACOT.
- Customer credits may also be issued for discount requests received after an order has been placed. For example, if you place an order and an item goes on sale or qualifies for a promotion within 24 hours after and you request an adjustment, the savings will be issued as a customer credit to your account.
Customer Credit is not issued for out of stock items for orders paid using a credit card. The credit card is immediately credited at the time of shipment for any charges for product that is out of stock. Please allow up to seven business days for credits to appear on an online credit card statement. Paper statements may require two billing cycles before the credit appears.
Customer Credit is considered a cash payment and is automatically applied to the next order you place at ACOT. You will see your "Customer Credit" in the checkout process after you click the "Place Order" button.
