If you have created an account at A Cherry On Top, finding your basket contents should be as easy as clicking on the "Sign In" link and signing into your account. This may not work if you added products to your shopping basket while you were not signed in (in this situation, the contents of your basket cannot be recovered).
If you did not create an account (and hence do not have an account), there is no method to recover your shopping basket contents. We encourage you to create an account here at A Cherry On Top. After your account has been created, be sure to "Sign In" each time you visit (if the site fails to remember you). Anything you add to your shopping basket while you are signed in will be remembered for your next visit.
Your shopping basket contents are linked to a "cookie" that is stored in your web browser. If the cookie is deleted and you do not have an account here at A Cherry On Top, your shopping basket will be lost. Be sure to create an account here to avoid that problem.
Solution: The items are probably missing because they are now out of stock. You can find out by clicking on "Show Out-of-Stock Products" from the My Basket screen.
