I did not receive my order

Orders are normally delivered within two weeks from the processing date for US orders and up to eight weeks for military and international deliveries unless an expedited delivery service is selected.  If you have not received your order within that time frame, please contact our Customer Support department to start an inquiry.  Inquiries may take up to 8 business days before a determination is made.  If your order is determined to be lost, the available items may be reshipped or a customer credit issued.

For orders shipping within the US or its territories, a customer credit or refund will be issued if the damaged item is valued under $5.  If the item has a higher value and is in stock, you may have the choice between a customer credit or reshipment.  For orders shipping outside of the US, a customer credit will be issued if the value is below $20.  Items with a higher value and are available may be reshipped or a customer credit issued. 

Items will be shipped at a level deemed suitable by the corporation.

Another possibility is that you ordered products requiring additional processing time.  Delayed ship items have a notation in the product description stating the item is available, but may require extra days to ship.  These items also are marked with an asterisk when placed in your basket and have the following notice:

One or more items (marked with an asterisk*) is scheduled to arrive at our warehouse in just a few days. We will ship your order out once it has arrived at our facility.

You also need to check the box for the following corresponding notice during checkout before your order will submit:

 

I understand that one or more items in my order will cause a slight shipment delay (items marked with an * above). We are expecting these products to arrive in our warehouse within 2-6 business days. Your order will ship once these items are available.

Items requiring additional processing time may also be delivered to you in a separate shipment.  Your shipment confirmation email will let you know if your order shipped in its entirety, partially (two shipments) or if an item was out of stock at the time it was processed.


Digital items are not shipped along with your order as they are available for immediate download onto your personal computer. The digital products ordered will be available under the MY DOWNLOADS section of your account. Returns and exchanges for digital products are only available if the download ordered is not functioning properly. To ensure you are aware you are purchasing digital products, you have to approve the following or your order will not complete:
