I ordered an instant e-Gift Card and didn't receive an email

We send instant e-Gift Cards to the email address entered as the recipient of the e-Gift card.  If it is not received within 20 minutes after the order is placed, be sure to check your spam folder.

Please note, the following mail servers may block this email even if you have subscribed to and receive our Newsletter:

AOL­­® (AIM) users
Hotmail® users
YAHOO® users

Blocked email will not appear in your spam folder.  We highly recommend using an alternative email address or try adding our service@acherryontop.com email address and our newsletter@acherryontop.com email address to your 'Save Senders' or 'Approved Senders/contact' list.

Resending the e-Gift Card from your account:

  • Log into your account
  • Click on the My Account link
  • Click on Orders under your Account Info
  • Click on the e-Gift Card order confirmation number
  • Select either the Print or Email e-Gift Card option and follow the steps (you can also send the gift card to yourself from this link)
