You may cancel an order by calling Customer Support during normal office hours up until it reaches the "Processing" stage. Please do not send an email as it may not be received in time. If an email is sent and received after the order reaches the 'Processing' stage, it cannot be cancelled. We cannot be held responsible for lost, late or misdirected email. If the order's status is "Processing", "Awaiting Shipment" or "Shipped", the order cannot be cancelled. Credit cards are immediately credited for cancelled orders. Depending on the issuing bank, it may take up to seven business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid for your order using PayPal®, you will need to contact our Customer Support Department for a refund.
