Re: Poll: favorite cardstock

The old Co'ordinations, just great quality and great colors plus all those funky options like Kraft core.
For every day, I like textured, either AC or Bazzill, but I use also smooth for black and white.

Re: Do you scrap events or stories?

both. These days I mostly scrap vacations and sports because my kids are teenagers, but when there is a good story, I always scrapped it. Often I use the journaling of the story with the photos from the event or from an adjacent event.

Re: June 2019 Manufacturer Challenge

Here are 3 from me, all cards, as I am suddenly swamped with graduations and Father's Day: the first one uses Echo Park: (combined with 3 in a row) https://sbing.com/i/gallery2/397622-490.jpg the second uses Simple Stories, also combined with 3 in a row https://sbing.com/i/gallery2/397621-490.jpg th...

Re: June 3 in a Row

I'm not feeling terribly creative lately and I need to make a lot of cards, so here are 2 which are almost the same the first uses the column on the right: blue, a saying, and word stickers https://sbing.com/i/gallery2/397622-490.jpg the second uses the diagonal: blue, metal, large title (or in the ...

Re: Inks for paper edges

Bought one or 2 of the Prima a while back and they made a mess, smudged all over the place. I think the formula is better now because so many people seem to like them, but I never tried them again. No need as I have over 20 colors of the Quick Quotes which is more than enough for me,.

Re: Off for a bit

These are interesting questions because my garden is the curse of my life this year, I usually love my garden but the weather is making it an incredible challenge. I have much and standing water instead of soil. I always seed my tomatoes indoors and then transplant them outdoors, they almost always ...

Re: Inks for paper edges

I use chalk inks for edging. My favorite is Quick Quotes PowderPuff, but the color box cat-eye ones are nice too. Both have good shapes for edging.

Re: inquiring minds

Dude, it's 8th grade. I'm just trying to make it to the end of June when school lets out lol. She has so many events, activities, tests, shopping, orientation etc. I don't know if I'm coming or going. DS has been home on "summer break" since April and just started his 3-days-a-week job this week. T...

Re: Displaying scrapbook pages

Yes, I found it in the store here. https://www.acherryontop.com/shop/product/250774

I was thinking I would put in on display and just add some favorite pages and change them over time. I just need to figure out where in my house I would put it.

Displaying scrapbook pages

I saw something like this  at a nursing home and thought it would be a great way to display favorite pages in my home.  https://sbing.com/i/products/0000/250/250774-o-1.jpg It says it holds 20 pages, so I figured I can put 20 favorites in and rotate which are on display. Does anyone have anything li...

This is a great way to keep the tilt and not have the cut your photos. Wish I had seen this one before I did mine.

Re: May Double Page Challenge

I've beens staring at this sketch all morning. I haven't scrapped all month, but I started on this. I laid it out and then I realized that I would need to cut a photo in half. I know plenty of people do this, but I used 3 ring binders and not post-bound, so I think a split photo would look weird in...
