I'd say yes unless the challenge says otherwise.

Here is my 3rd entry!
Again I scraplifted Sandi. Here is her Mad Tea Party layout.
 

And here is my Halloween Party.

I stamped and drew on this layout! My ghost and doodlely lines are drawn with my white gelly roll ink pen. I used an arrow stamp & several phrase stamps:  "lets do it again", "I'll take another one of these", "too funny", and a "laugh" stamp.

What a talented bunch!! Congrats Cherries!! & Nice job Chris!
