Email when an order ships

Please start emailing when an order ships. This is the only company that doesn't do that. I depend on that to know when and where the box will be arriving.

I get emails with a tracking number when my orders ship.  Not sure why you aren't getting them.

Yes I get an email when an order ships from ACOT. Maybe yours goes into your junk email and you don’t see it

I also always get an email when my ACOT order ships. Also I get an email when I place my order.

I always get 1 when I order. I'll start checking my spam folder for when they ship. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yep, me too!  Maybe check your SPAM...add the ACOT address to your contacts and hopefully that will work!

I've been ordering from ACOT for years and always get a "your order has shipped" notice along with tracking info.  Does it go to your SPAM mail?

Melanie, There are email settings in your ACOT "My Account". I guess you can double check to see if all your "notifications" are checked!
