Protien Powder

Post by Shutterbug » Thu Sep 20, 2018 11:15 pm

Does anyone know or would they recommend a good protein powder?  I was Diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis (eoe) last week and I need to get a good protein powder to take.  I would appreciate any Ideas.
know this is an off the wall question to ask on a Scrapbooking  website.  But I feel comfortable here asking my Cherry Friends. I am so lost. Thanks in advance.

I have tried the Quest protein powder and thought it was pretty good.

I occasionally use Pure Protein 100% Whey Protein, Vanilla Cream.  It also comes in Chocolate, but for some reason, even though I love chocolate, I think the Vanilla seems to clump less and mix better.  I chose this brand after reading an article in Consumer Reports.  This one was one of the top 5 "cleanest" -- least chemicals, etc.   Hope you get enough useful information to help you out!  Feel better!
Right before I die, I'm going to swallow a bag of popcorn kernels.  My cremation is going to be EPIC!

My nutritionist gave me a few to check out.  I’ll post it in a few.  I drink Premier Protein Vanilla daily.

Can you do liquid or only powder?  Is there a difference?

My hubby makes me iced coffee and instead of milk I have him put in the liquid protein or you can use it as a creamer.

Thanks Laura,  I am trying to find where to start.  The Dietician  said go try them buy small containers and see what you like. This is one that I saw in the store.

I am sure liquid would be good too. But I need to be able to add it to food like.. Apple Sauce etc.
