Dinner tonight

Post by Gail R » Mon Dec 09, 2019 11:01 pm

I am having "wild caught" white salmon for dinner tonight.  My brother caught it on Saturday, so it's pretty fresh.

This is wonderful! I love salmon but rarely have it since it is hard to find "wild-caught".

We had a super busy day yesterday, so we had an easy peasy dinner....chicken sandwiches and roasted cauliflower!

We had a steak and spinach salad last night. Leftover steak from my father's birthday dinner from Sunday. Nice and light!

We had leftovers last night (Skinnytaste Tuna Noodle Casserole recipe) but tonight I'm making dinner using a Weight Watchers Marinara sauce with low fat ground beef.
