Fun Flashback Read

Post by Flasher » Sun Mar 29, 2020 11:45 am

This morning I came across an article called "40 Things Every House in the 70's Had That No One Sees Today".  Here is the link ... 00752.html

Umm . . . I am not at all embarrassed to say that of that list of 40 things, there are only 7 you wouldn't find in my house!  Ask me if I care?  :greenwinkb:

Shag Carpeting
Patterned Wall Paper
Sunken Living Room
TV Dinners
Pod Chairs
Electric Slides

All the other stuff is in my house!!
I don't know what my spirit animal is, but I'm pretty sure it has rabies.

The only thing I do have is an linoleum floor is my laundry room.  I also have an alarm clock but not one that the tiles flip.  I remember them though.

I've been in the process or cleaning out and selling my parents house recently and they still had a lot of these things. I still love the crochet afghans.

My house was built in the ‘70’s so yeah lots of those architectural/style features still abound around here.
