December 2017 SKETCH With A Twist Challenge-WINNER!

Post by Deanna13 » Thu Nov 30, 2017 8:16 pm

I chose this older sketch from Scrapbook Challenges and hope you like! You MUST also use MISTING!  Image

Image

Remember you do not have to copy the sketch exactly, turn it, flip it, just take inspiration from it.

Photos of some of my sweet grandsons, Christmas 2016. One of our traditions is hiding clues to find their stockings around the house.Image

For the fine print....
This can be a paper or digital layout ONLY! All work must be new. You may do this multiple times. You may combine with one other challenge that allows that. Please link your work here. Deadline is December 31st. A random winner will be selected for a $5 ACOT gift card from me! If there are more than 20 participants I will draw a second name for a RAK too.

Looking forward to your interpretations of the sketch! Image

I did this layout as a simple companion page to another layout.  The family member in this layout is my son, Justin.

Here's mine:

I had trouble with the mist part as the color I planned to use has started to smell like it has mold growing in it. So, I threw that out, this color was more pink and bright than I wanted. Oh well.
Combined with the manufacturer challenge.

Here is my version - I needed to use more photos than 2 so had to do some changes.  For Disney challenge too

Here is one for me.  I loved this sketch.  Honestly, this was a great challenge for me because I had these 2 random pictures I had taken at Epcot that really didn't fit anywhere else.  Also I really enjoyed getting back into misting and even did some masking with a stencil I had never used before!
