June/July Supply List Challenge - WINNER

Post by 1scrappymom » Thu Jun 06, 2019 1:42 pm

And the winner is Jill (JillinIN)!!!  Congrats and thanks to everyone else for playing along with my challenge!!  I'll get your GC to you soon!

Hello everyone! I'm back and since there are so many challenges going on and I'm posting late, I wanted to give you guys some extra time to play along!

Now that school is out for most of us, I wanted to use that as my prompt for this list. Let's use some of those left over school supplies and even get a little Ole' Skool!! <--- see what I did there??  :-D

So here is your list. Please choose at least 5 from the list on your layout.

1. Colored pencils (can be watercolor pencils, plain colored pencils - interpret how you like)
2. Paint (again, water color, mist...I'm not picky)
3. Lined notebook paper (this can be something you make yourself, tear out of a notebook or have already printed on the paper)
4. Decorative scissors
5. paper punch
6. Eyelets, snaps or brads (I recently started digging into my eyelet stash again and found a way to refresh them buy using them like enamel dots)
7. Paper clips (can be on their own or part of a pre-made embellishment - or really clips of any kind are fine)
8. Staples (use at least 3)
9. blocking on your design (remember the days of color blocking?)
10. Transparency - (I remember using these in school, do you?  Also,I have a TON in my stash and I want to use them up!!)

So there is the list.
Here are the Rulez...

1. Must be a layout only - can be paper or digital.
2. Must be NEW for this challenge.
3. May combine with 1 other challenge that allows.
4. May complete this challenge as many times as you want, but I will only count 1 entry per person for the prize.
5. Must be completed no later than 11:59pm EST on 7/31/19.

I will choose a winner via Random.org to win a $5 GC to ACOT.
If you have any questions - please ask. I'm pretty flexible, so the answer will likely be sure. LOL

Great List!! When I read "school supplies" I thought nothing would probably work for the page I'm doing, but everything did!! It was hard to choose just five!
Thanks for such a fun challenge!

My oldest DGS and my DD .  Journaling tells that my DD says now that he is older, no more "things" for bday gifts.  Experiences instead.  So my sons and I sent money and while on vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC, DD and DGS went swimming with sharks, fed Stingrays, and had the dirt "cleaned" off by little shrimp that ate it.  ick
my five items were colored pencils (colored in title), lined notebook paper, brads, paper clip, and decorative scissors.
Had to really reach back to find seashell brads and those decorative scissors.    Great challenge
I combined this with #1 on the mid summer motivation challenge
