CT Challenge by ArmyWife95

Post by ArmyWife95 » Sun Oct 18, 2009 10:17 am

My challenge to you is to create a lay out with Rusty Pickle paper, with at least 2 embellishments from the company of Making Memories. This will require you to dig in your stash, I think. Finally you must use at least 3 pictures. So many of the CT layouts although beautiful only have one picture. Include some journaling too.

This challenge is open to paper only. I have a challenge for digi too.

Digi is the same concept except use Amy Teets paper, with at least 2 embellishments from the company of Crisdam designs. Use 3 pictures and journaling.

You can only use these products. Please list them when you post.

There will be a GC given for this challenge.

This is will due by Midnight on Wednesday.

Here is mine...if at first you don't succeed, try, try again. I had it almost done and my 'puter closed out the program before I could save it. Grrr!! But, at least with digi, I was able to recreate it fairly painlessly...just took another half hour of my time.

I used "Krafty Cardstock" (recolored) and paper from "Pier49" by Amy Teets.

The embellie rope frame and chipboard circles are from Crisdam Designs' "Troublemaker" kit.

Font for the title is called Eight Track and I made it look like chipboard with my software.

Ok, I really had to dig for the paper, and found a few sheets, and the embellies were hard because I take a lot of things out of the packages but I did get it.

Oh crud...take me out of the running for the GC! In my excitement at finding that last piece of Rusty Pickle paper, I forgot to add three photos...there are only two!

This was a fun challenge Robin! Thanks!

Edited to add: I must have come home from my half marathon half drunk last night, because I wrote this whole challenge down wrong, LOL...Oh well, doesn't matter, I love the layout anyway!
