NSD 2023 Cryptogram-CLOSED-updated with winner!!!

And the lucky winner, chosen by random.org is wimom!!!! Thanks to all of you who played! I was surprised to see how many got this right!
***In order to solve a cryptogram puzzle, you must crack the code and figure out the hidden message.
The code is a simple substitution cipher where each number in a puzzle represents a different letter
of the alphabet in the solution. This holds true for every instance where that number
appears.***

I had everyone in my house working on this and none of us could get it - would love to see the answer now that there is a winner, if that's ok.
