Cherry count help on phone

Cherry count help on phone

I have a friend that has recently set up an account with ACOT, but uses her phone.  She is trying to locate where her cherry count shows on her phone.  Can anyone help, please?

Thanks, that's where we looked, but aren't able to get to the bottom of the list.  Daily Deals is as far as we can go.

I have a heck of a time on phone.  Landscape makes a big difference.  If you haven't turned the phone, I'd try that, it may help.

Nope!  That doesn't work either.  I have an Iphone 6S and an Iphone 8.  Won't work on either.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus and it’s no where to be found on mine either. I have no problem on my iPad though.

There is a group of three lines by the big magnifying glass.  If you click on those, then my account?

Yes, that's what I click on.  It gives a drop down list and the cherry count is supposed to be below the Daily Deals in the list.  However, it won't show anything below the Daily Deals.

That's weird.  Maybe sign out and sign back in?

That is really weird.  It is working on my Samsung Galaxy 9+.  Hopefully, they get it figured out... Technology... ugh!

I have the iPhone 10 and I see it under My Account which like you said is under the Daily Deals. I wonder if it's due to the size of your screen. I know the iPhone 10 is larger then the 6 or 7.

That could be...I just don't know!  I use my laptop most of the time, but have been trying to help a friend that created an account on her phone.  She can only use the phone.

I have an iPhone XS and I have trouble with certain things too. There are certain Cherrie's posts that come in cut off on the left side. All the time. I also don't get my notifications count either.

It gets small but she could try tapping the three dots at the very top to the right of the web name and then select the desktop site.   I can see everything but it is small :)

I found it on my Iphone 6S! It is at the bottom of that list of links below Daily Deals. I could only see a small part of it and tapped on what I could see of My Account and it opened. Because of the size of the screen, I was not all visiblel. Your cherry points are listed there.

Thanks...I know it's below the Daily Deals in the list, but I see part of the Daily Deals, so I can't get to the cherry points.  Frustrating!

Hi Vicki - sent you an email also, but wanted to share here for anyone else with the same issue. We're still working on figuring out what's going on with the menu on some phones, but in the meantime, we've added a "My Account" link to the footer of the site (down in the Customer Service section), so you can get to that page without having to scroll through the menu. Sorry for the trouble - hope that helps for now!
