Does anyone know why the CB/EP preorders that you can see through links in emails don't have any buttons next to them to add to cart?

I have noticed that too and I expect it has to do with the number of pre orders for those products. The pre orders have effectively ordered all the product that was initially  ordered.

They are now turned on and you are able to preorder??

It's dependent on when they'll be shipped - we don't like to do pre-orders too far in advance, so as we get closer they become available. You should be able to see all the pre-order buttons now!
